Catherine Ravenscroft recently defended David Bishop-Rowe, the former Head Teacher at Sutton School and Specialist College in Dudley, in a fraud case before Recorder Simon Ash KC at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

The case related to payments to Mr Bishop-Rowe which were authorised for private consultancy work which was carried out during school hours but paid to his private business account, rather than going to the school.
