Callum Church, led by Michael Gomulka of 25 Bedford Row, represented a defendant who pleaded guilty to two counts of assisting an offender. The defendant, 18 years old at the time of the offence, had provided accommodation, clothes and a phone for the use of two men convicted of murder and was given a suspended sentence at Reading Crown Court on 11th October.
The case was the subject of the Channel 4 documentary “Catching a Killer: A Stab in the Dark”.
