We recognise that clients demand specialist knowledge from barristers who are technically astute, excellent in court and aware of wider commercial issues and personable.

Callum Church, leading Annabel Hale, secured confiscation orders following 11 days of contested hearings against three Defendants.
After successfully resisting the intervention of a third party in relation to four contested properties, a number of issues remained, including alleged fraudulent applications for mortgages, tainted gifts, and unexplained credits. A defence witness was also called to support a number of credits and transactions. The unexplained credits alone totalled nearly £200,000.
Following cross-examination by the prosecution, and detailed legal submissions, Judgement was made in favour of the Prosecution on all matters.
