Breakfast Seminar: Civil Litigation Update

Please join us at our breakfast seminar where Marc Brown and Mark Grant will provide updates and insights in the Civil Litigation process, looking at recent developments and changes affecting users of the Business & Property Courts.   

This will include a look at how the new rules on witness statements are working in practice some two years on from the introduction of Practice Direction 57AC, by reference to some of the recent authorities, and offering some practical tips.
