Ben Williams secures £55,000 fine against company

On Tuesday 8th July 2014, at Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court, Global Metal Finishers Limited were fined £55,000 plus nearly £9,000 costs for 11 offences of breaching discharge consent limits under s121 of the Water Industry Act 1991.

Ben Williams was instructed by Eversheds solicitors to appear for Severn Trent Water in the private prosecution.
