Ben Mills successfully prosecuted a Birmingham-based director who was deliberately and systematically defrauding the Environment Agency’s National Packaging Waste Database.

The Defendant was given a 2 year suspended prison sentence and was disqualified from acting as a director. He and his company were ordered to pay a confiscation order, fines and costs totalling £476,995.
