Ben Close (led by Jason Bartfeld KC and instructed Saddique & Uddin Solicitors) successfully secured a young defendant’s acquittal of murder.

At trial in Birmingham, Mr Justice Choudhury allowed a submission of no case to answer in respect of their client. The prosecution unsuccessfully sought to appeal that ruling, leading to their client’s acquittal.

Another man on trial was convicted of murder.
