In the article, Adèle reflects on wellbeing support at the Bar at the junior end through the unique experience of commencing her pupillage within a few months of receiving a life-changing cancer diagnosis.

Adèle shares her experience of receiving support at the start of her career but also details frank observations on what more she believes the Bar can do to support junior barristers.
