St Philips Chambers is proud to offer a team of highly skilled, experienced barristers specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases. Trusted by solicitors across the UK, our barristers are renowned for their expertise in managing complex claims and high-stakes cases.
Whether you seek insight into catastrophic injury cases, medical misdiagnoses, or specialised representation in intricate liability disputes, we are here to provide the knowledge and support your clients need.
Our barristers bring significant experience and dedication to each case. Recognised for achieving results in some of the most challenging and high-value cases, we specialise in representing both claimants and defendants in areas such as:
With the Jackson reforms heralding a more uncompromising approach by the Courts to litigation in general, and to attempts to correct and amend, we believe that getting statements of case and other Court documents right first time has never been more important, and we can provide a high standard of drafting and advice, to match our reputation for advocacy. We are also very happy to be involved in the early stages of cost budgeting to ensure a case can be run on a proper and cost effective basis.
We undertake appropriate cases on a CFA, and will in general use the current APIL/PIBA agreement. We have always been happy to be instructed in cases far beyond our Midlands base, our office in Leeds has further enhanced our reputation and presence across the country.
