Our specialist credit hire barristers provide advice and representation in the County Court, High Court and Appellate Courts.

We take appropriate cases on the Fast Track and above on a Conditional Fee Agreement (‘CFA’) and utilise the standard APIL/PIBA terms. We can also take cases, including appeals, on a direct access basis.
