Business & Property Juniors: Breakfast Club Webinars

While we are all getting used to what we hope will be a short-lived new way of working, our Business & Property Juniors will be running a series of live webinars in the coming weeks.

The aim of these talks is to provide up to date information and discussion that is relevant to matters and applications that the civil courts will continue to hear at this time, with each lasting around 30 minutes.

The first of these will take place on Thursday 16^th April at 9:00am and will feature Raghav Trivedi speaking on Applications for Security for Costs.

This will be followed by:

• Natalie Kearney: Summary judgments for a fixed sum, Thursday 23^rd April 2020, 9am
• Kirsty White: Witness statements. Thursday 30^th April 2020, 9am
