Abigail Collier joins chambers from the South Eastern Circuit, where she completed pupillage and developed a broad civil practice. Having recently relocated to the Midlands, she accepts instructions across all Business & Property matters, with particular experience and interest in real estate and private client work, including property disputes, landlord and tenant matters and related advisory work.

Abigail brings valuable practical litigation experience to her practice; before coming to the Bar, she worked as a County Court Advocate, representing both claimants and defendants across a wide range of civil hearings. She later worked as a property litigation paralegal at Osbornes Law before joining Shoosmiths, where she had conduct of a substantial landlord and tenant caseload.

Her recent instructions include advising and representing a developer in a trespass claim involving a concurrent claim for adverse possession, advising a leaseholder on service charge liability, and advising on a boundary dispute.

We look forward to supporting Abigail as she continues to develop her practice in the Midlands.

For further information about Abigail and her availability, please contact the Business & Property clerks: commercial@st-philips.com or on 0121 246 7010.
