Many congratulations to Kyran Kanda a pupil barrister within our Employment, PI & Clinical Negligence Group, who has completed Advocate’s Pupil Pledge through his work drafting an advice on quantum for a care sector whistleblower to assist with settlement negotiations prior to trial.

Kyran’s contribution to improving access to justice and assisting those who otherwise cannot afford legal representation at this early stage of his career is hugely admirable.
