The criminal barrister group caseload includes prosecuting and defending in cases of murder, manslaughter (including corporate manslaughter), terrorism, serious sexual offences, fraud, business crime and large-scale drug conspiracies.

Employment

St Philips has a specialist employment barrister group for complex law cases in the Midlands region, including those concerning issues such as claims for dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination.

St Philips is one of the largest groups of family barristers in the country offering a vast breadth of experience and the highest ability in advocacy and advice.

Mediation & Arbitration

St Philips is home to a team of arbitrators and mediators, experienced in mediating domestic and international disputes of wide ranging complexity and value across a variety of different sectors.
