Introduction

Sarah Turner has experience both prosecuting and defending in the Crown and Magistrates Court, as well as representing Interested Persons at Inquests.

Sarah has had repeat success at trial defending on domestic abuse cases as well as drugs matters where the issue was intent to supply. She both prosecutes and defends taxi licence appeals at the Crown and Magistrates Court as well as handling food hygiene matters, and licensing issues and variations.

Most recently she has stepped in to cover as Junior Counsel on a part heard murder trial, conducting the questioning of a co-defendant in the absence of her Leader.

Outside of Court, Sarah enjoys Pilates, developing her chess skills, and spending time with her family.
