Ādam Zaman – Pupil

Introduction

Ādam Zaman is undertaking a specialist pupillage in Employment, Personal Injury, and Clinical Negligence under the supervision of Patrick Keith and Steven Gittins.

Prior to joining chambers, Ādam worked for over two and a half years as a County Court Advocate. Ādam attended over 350 hearings in that time including a range of interim applications, infant settlement approval hearings, CCMCs, and small claims trials.

Prior to that role, Ādam worked at a solicitor’s firm under the supervision of the director and was responsible for his own litigation case load comprising of personal injury, clinical negligence, and property matters. Ādam regularly appeared at hearings in those matters and has experience in appearing before the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal in addition to appearing before the County Court.

Ādam received an advocacy scholarship whilst studying for the BPTC at University of Law and assisted fellow students with improving their advocacy skills.

Outside of his legal career, Ādam takes an interest in technology and philosophy.
