James Morgan QC and Kirsty White recently appeared in the Court of Appeal in Primus International Holdings Co & Others v Triumph Controls UK Ltd & Another [2020] EWCA Civ 1228, in which the court considered the legal meaning of “goodwill” in a share purchase agreement.

James and Kirsty were instructed by Richard Morgan of Harrison Clark Rickerbys.
