St Philips is proud announce than Sean O’Brien has been appointed as a Tribunal Judge. He will be sitting in the First-tier Immigration and Asylum Chamber – as well as sitting for part of the year in the Employment Tribunal – based in London.

Sean was called in 2001 and began his practice in general commercial and property matters before specialising in employment law.

St Philips are extremely proud of Sean’s elevation and wish him every success in his new role.
