St Philips Chambers is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Smith QC as Head of Chambers.

Andrew is a heavyweight criminal silk, who is frequently instructed in cases of gravity and complexity that attract national media coverage. Commenting on his new role in Chambers, Andrew said:
