Introduction

Narinder joined St Philips as Compliance and Equality and Inclusion Officer in June 2025, bringing both purpose-driven leadership and professional services acumen to Chambers.

She is a seasoned Organisational Development and HR specialist with over 25 years’ experience driving cultural transformation across the finance and professional services sectors. With a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, she has led major programmes focused on evolving organisational culture, embedding DEI strategies, and strengthening ESG regulatory compliance.

Her expertise spans all three lines of defence, bringing together strategic insight and operational rigour. She also brings strong experience in the non-profit sector and has in-depth knowledge of the social value models organisations are increasingly expected to adopt.
