During the day, there will be an opportunity for break out sessions with our Just for Junior Employment Lawyers offering topics under discussion range from surviving the Employment Tribunal to deconstructing Constructive Dismissal and, subject to numbers, a Mock Tribunal scenario of a Preliminary Hearing

1:30pm – 2:30pm: Session 4: (a) problems in the care sector: (i) where are we now with working time? (ii) where are we now with outsourcing?
2:30pm – 3:30pm: Session 5: Focus on Remedies: Assessing compensation for injury to feelings and complex financial loss (including pensions). Outlining the principles and facilitate break-out sessions in which the delegates work through real life examples.
