Chris Watson and Yolanda Pemberton were both instructed in this very helpful case recently decided by Mrs Justice Knowles. In her judgment, she gave guidance as to the proper approach for local authorities who become involved in complex private law proceedings where there are allegations of abuse made by one parent against the other.
