Ben Mills, led by Nigel Lawrence QC, prosecutes Carlsberg who were fined £3 million pounds by Mr Justice Picken at Birmingham Crown Court, following a massive ammonia leak at the Carlsberg brewery in 2016 which left one man dead and others requiring significant medical attention.

Ben is the Deputy Head of the St Philips Regulatory Group. Working predominantly in Health and Safety Law, Consumer Protection, Environmental Law, Fire Safety, fraud other serious crime and associated complex confiscation proceedings, he receives instructions from various prosecuting authorities and the defence.
